Ed and Rachel Bagden celebrated their Indianapolis elopement on July 2nd, 2021 in front of close family and friends. Alongside the couple and their officiant, there were seven people in attendance, and their dog of honor, Ozzie (yes, we are a dog friendly venue). This is the beauty of an elopement. The intimacy, the personality, and an overall bonding moment for everyone in attendance. All of these are big reasons that Rachel and Ed chose to elope. Rachel mentioned that they wanted a small yet unique ceremony. They were thrilled Ozzie could be in attendance, and also thought the cost effectiveness was a plus. Our intimate Indianapolis elopement packages start at just $500.
The ceremony took place in our Hamilton Theater and it was intimate, and absolutely beautiful. Although the space is large it felt incredibly warm and welcoming during their Indianapolis elopement ceremony. It was incredibly hard not to tear up standing in the back of the room as Ed played a special song for Rachel to walk down the aisle. Ozzie couldn’t help but let out a few cheers for his people as they celebrated their love center stage.
After the ceremony the family convened at a small table in the back of the room and toasted champagne to the newlywed couple. Many of our couples who elope opt for a champagne toast. It’s a nice addition for any ceremony, but especially for small family gatherings. The newlyweds then proceeded to Bluebeard in Fountain Square, IN to celebrate with dinner and dancing. Simple, elegant, yet absolutely beautiful.
